  1. Or, should I say, ‘Kewl’?! Swedish, or Internet slang, but not International. Ask Carman, from “South Park”, how to pronounce ‘Kewl’! He’ll spell it out for ‘ya.

Hey, wasn’t Forrest’s Mom’s side of the family Swedish? Or, was that German?

  2. Creative and clever. Send this to Forrest; I think he’d get a kick out of it.

For me though, this would be more difficult to solve than Forrest’s version.

    Ken (in Texas) πŸ™‚

  3. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  4. You no speak-a my language – or – I no speak-a your language πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Love It JDA

    • ha ha. Ten years from now this may be the only language computer users can communicate with …

      • ken – Pictograms are forever. Ask Gilgamesh or Gardiner. They’ll tell you! But I don’t think there is an Emoji for Gardiner’s ‘Old Man with Staff’ hieroglyph.

My keyboard emojis don’t work here at HOD. Let’s try again:

        Jamβ€’Eye >

No ‘e’ at the end of ‘Jami’, I noticed. What’s the ‘matter’, Forrest? Is that smaller Ponderβ€’Oβ€’Sβ€’A pine looking like ‘eye jam’ on my topo map to you? I thought it looked like tears of laughter on that backwardS bike smilβ€’e face:

Or, could you mean like a ‘traffic jam’ warning at my ‘eye’ hide-y spot?

Imagine what people like Gardiner went through with those Egyptian hieroglyphs.

  5. Funny how texting and cell phones are driving force behind going backward in time, Emojis are like ancient universal linguistics, like ff’s Once upon a While, it is like the hieroglyphics of old we are not advancing unless it is to find a pictorial language, nothing new: Evolution of Egyptian Writing and Language. … The earliest known writing system or script emerged from this system of pictographs. It is called hieroglyphics and it was in place before 3100 B.C. Hieroglyphics means sacred carvings, and each carving represents a particular object or thing.

That gave rise to the more phonetic and cuneiform expressions, the point is we seem to be advancing …backwards…but cute and clever Jami!

  6. no wonder you all have not found the treasure yet hahaha FF should have a major announcement in Fennboree leading to the finale!!

  7. This is why I don’t have a tweety account… lol.
Jami, thanks for a great chuckle during morning Cawffee break.

However, I do have a question, [ big surprise, huh? ] Where did ya get those shades?

  8. An interesting thought just occurred to me, in anither blog that is closed now there was a lot of talk about the number 45 and how it related to FF, it occurred to me that ff being a native born Texan would know that Texas became a state in 45, 1845 to be precise.

  9. Well done… Now if this would just somehow help me unscramble FFs way of thinking…

  10. Thanks for keeping it real Jami. Its a small world in a big universe, that we can all understand.

  11. thanks Jami….
    thought provoking indeed.
you know, there are so many places i could go with this.
but then, that was his goal from the beginning, wasnt it?
    i think.
